Note: Due to change in location this year, we are unable to accept
applications from FOOD VENDORS. Vendor booths will be indoors in a non-ticketed
area, open to the public during festival hours only.

Vendor Requirements

All vendors are responsible for
their own sales including cash floats. (Note: Windsor Elvis Fest does not take
a percentage of sales)

All vendors must present a copy of their business license to Windsor
Elvis Fest on registration

Windsor Elvis Fest is not
responsible for any loss or damage to vendors’ goods, nor the security of the
vendors’ goods at any time.
Restrictions: No food vendors. We promote family oriented goods. No
open flame, alcohol, knives, obscene or offensive merchandise, articles with
profanity (t-shirts hats, etc.), body piercing services or drug paraphernalia,
etc. are allowed. Vendor products will
be accepted at discretion of Windsor Elvis Fest/Centres for Seniors Windsor.
